🛡️ TOURNAMENT RULES & REQUIREMENTS

This event is held at Competitive Rules Enforcement Level (REL). This is the highest standard of play; players are expected to be familiar with the Comprehensive Rules and Magic Tournament Procedures.

• Constructed Format: This is a Modern event. Players must bring their own tournament-legal Modern deck.
• Decklists Required: A complete decklist must be submitted before Round 1 begins. You can do this in advance at 
• Melee.gg Account: We use Melee.gg for tournament pairings and standings. All players must have a Melee.gg account created before arrival.

📊 EVENT STRUCTURE

• Format: Modern Constructed.
• Rounds: Swiss rounds based on attendance.
• Playoff: Cut to a Single-Elimination Top 8 to determine the winner of the Regional Championship Invitation.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be a scheduled break between the Swiss Rounds and the Top 8 Cut. You may leave during a round once your games are finished, but please be aware that the judge can and will start a new round early if games finish early, and you will lose a round if you are not present at the start. Please come with whatever you need to be prepared for a long day!
